Just because something makes you feel good, does not mean you should do it. For example, street drugs make you feel good, but they definitely aren't good for you. Another less outrageous example are supplements from GNC. Some pre-workout supplements have vitamin B inside, which makes you feel happy. There is nothing wrong with vitamin B, but that does not mean the supplement is good for you. Lots of pre-workout supplements have stimulants in it. Stimulants are harmful to your body.
When considering putting something in your body, check out ALL the ingredients and ask questions. This will prevent you from getting diseases and having other nasty side-effects such as withdrawal and the like.
